When the COVID pandemic began, I transitioned from library meetings to 100% online tutoring. Most of my students and parents have come to prefer the convenience of online tutoring. I am also better able to schedule students and offer a far greater choice of meeting times.

Online Tutoring
Most of the college students I work with use online tutoring for help with essays and term papers. Online tutoring can also be effective for SAT and ACT prep. As a general rule, most students perform better in a face-to-face environment. Nonetheless, online instruction can be a suitable alternative if meeting in person is simply not possible.
The hourly rate for online tutoring is calculated based only on the live online time that the student and I actually spend together. I do not charge any additional fees for texting, emailing, editing writing assignments, and providing books and other study materials.
